Politicians Picking Losers

I’m just north of High River, Alberta, Canada.The building behind me opened twenty four years ago as a magnesium plant. Taxpayers backed the loan for 100 million dollars. One year later, MagCan as it was called, went broke and for most of the past 23 years the building has sat empty.
